Keep Your Ride Running
Now that you've got your Scion on the road, you want to make sure it keeps going. That's where scheduled maintenance comes in. Taking your car in for regular service will help your ride run better and last longer. It will keep your repair bills down, too.
Three Complimentary Oil Changes - WOW!!!
To help you get started with regular maintenance, Scion provides your vehicle's first three oil changes on a complimentary basis.
To obtain a complimentary oil change, call Vic Scion to make an appointment. We will verify that the service was performed by completing one of the boxes on the inside back cover of your Scheduled Maintenance Guide.
Remember that changing your oil is just one of the maintenance services that should be performed regularly on your Scion. Make sure that all the other services recommended in the Scheduled Maintenance Guide are performed on your car as well.
Maintenance & Scion Warranty Coverage
To make sure your warranty coverage stays intact, you need to maintain your Scion according to the recommendations in the Scheduled Maintenance Guide. You should keep records of vehicle maintenance, including date and mileage at time of service and a description of service items performed and parts installed. The scheduled maintenance log can help you keep track of this information.
Scion will not deny a warranty claim soley because you don't have records to show that you maintained your vehicle. However, damage or failures caused by lack of proper maintenance are not covered under warranty.
